Revolving Credit Interest
Rate | The credit cards do not offer revolving credit limits. The cardholder shall settle all outstanding payment for each period in full. |
| Penalty | A penalty of NTD100 shall be charged if the overdue payment is above NTD1,000. The penalty may be levied for at most three consecutive months. |
Reporting Loss Handling
Fee | NTD200 |
Handling fee for Retrieval
of Transaction Slips | The cardholder is obliged to pay to the Bank a handling fee of NTD100 for each request for retrieval of transaction slips or refund slips from the acquirers. |
Reissuance of Credit Card
Statements | If the cardholder requests reissuance of credit card statements issued more than three months ago, a handling fee of NTD100 shall be charged for each monthly statement requested if the reason of reissuance is attributable to the cardholder. |
Foreign Exchange Rate and
Transaction Fees for Overseas
Spending | All credit card transactions conducted by the cardholder shall be settled in NTD. For transactions (including refunds) not denominated in NTD or for transactions conducted overseas (including those with foreign online shops or contracted merchants) in NTD (including refunds), the cardholder authorizes the Bank to convert the amount into NTD based on the exchange rate of the converting date as announced by the respective credit card international organizations as agreed. The payable amount, in addition, shall include the handling fee to be paid by the Bank to the respective credit card international organizations according to relevant agreement. (Currently, the international organizations charge a non-NTD handling fee equaling to 1% of the transaction amount. As for overseas transactions in NTD, the transaction handling fee shall be 1% of the transaction amount.) The cardholder is also obliged to pay to the Bank an overseas transaction service fee equal to 0.5% of the transaction amount. |
International Organization
Arbitration Fee | USD500 per transaction. However, if the result of arbitration is in favor of the cardholder, the cardholder shall be exempted from the arbitration fee, partially or entirely. |
