Expanded Give Back Promotion on the Co-branded Card of Land Bank and iPASS

1. Name of Event: When using iPASS to purchase at PX Mart on Mondays and on the first and fifteenth day of the lunar calendar each month, you can receive extra points.
2. Period of Event: December 30th, 2016~June 29th, 2017. During the 58-day period, the Give Back Promotion will be held on every Monday and the first and fifteenth day of the lunar calendar (including two days ahead of it, such as the twenty-ninth, thirtieth, first, thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth day of the lunar calendar).
3. Targets: All who possess iPASS co-branded card/iPASS debit card and use the iPASS function to purchase items (a PX Mart Card must also be presented at the same time).
4. Event Content: If you use iPASS co-branded card/iPASS debit card on Mondays or on the first and fifteenth day of the lunar calendar during the period of the event and spend more than NT$250 on a single purchase at PX Mart, you will be awarded with an extra 60 PX Mart points (the points cannot be added up and the original awarded 30 PX Mart points for using ordinary cards are included).
5. Precautions:

   (1) The Give Back Promotion is only available when one purchases items with the iPASS function. Those who purchase items by using credit card/debit card cannot enjoy the aforementioned give back.

   (2) Cigarettes and infant formula for infants below the age of 1 are not included in the point exchanging sum of money.

   (3) One can possess their card seven days after their purchase to any PX Mart store in Taiwan for record entry to receive the award points.

   (4) The cardholder must present their PX Mart Card at the cashier to receive the extra award points seven days after. For those who failed to present their card, if you have given your telephone number during the application, you can provide your telephone number to record the award points of that purchase. Please present your card seven days after to any PX Mart store in Taiwan for record entry to receive the award points.

   (5) The awarded PX Mart points will be remitted to the designated PX Mart Card account of the cardholder and cannot be transferred to the account of other PX Mart cardholders.

   (6) For returns & refunds after the purchase, please present the iPASS and PX Mart Card you have used on that particular purchase and the card receipt of that purchase to the original PX Mart store of purchase. For consumers who conducted returns & refunds, the points that were awarded due to that purchase will be deducted.

   (7) Event Give Back Calculation: Original purchase points plus extra award points in a single purchase. For example, if you spend NT$250, you can receive 6 original purchase points plus 60 extra award points, ending up in a total of 66 points.

   (8) You can only use the card once every day. If this Give Back Promotion is overlapped with other iPASS events, you will receive the bonus that is more beneficial.

   (9) Land Bank of Taiwan and iPASS Corporation reserve the right to revise, alter and cancel this event at all time, have the right to interpret and decide all issues related to this event, and will be implemented after announcing on the event’s website.
