This year (2026), Land Bank participated in the “23rd National Brand Yushan Awards,” winning a total of seven awards: four in the “Best Product” category and three in the “Most Popular Brand” category. Land Bank's Chief Compliance Officer Su Li-Hui, the heads of the Trust Department, Electronic Finance Department, Foreign Affairs Department, Risk Management Department, and Employee Training Institute, accepted the honors on behalf of the Bank at the ceremony on September 22. Winning these awards highlights the Bank's exceptional capabilities in driving its dual-track transformation in digitalization and sustainability.
Land Bank has relentlessly promoted digital transformation and deepened inclusive financial services. At the 23rd National Brand Yushan Awards, we received four awards in the “Best Product” category, a validation of our strategic vision. Our winning entries include: “Digitalization of Land Bank Compliance to Advance Financial Governance,” which utilizes digital technology to strengthen corporate oversight; “Development of Trust Mechanisms for Reconstruction of Ageing Buildings for the Common Good,” which leverages trust structures to enhance financial security; “Land Bank Online Transfer in Seconds,” which upgrades online systems to optimize the convenience of online payments; and “Smart Land Bank, Services Without Boundaries: Building 3E Cross-Generational ATMs with the 3I Core Framework,” which harnesses technology to create a senior-friendly financial environment and promote financial inclusion.
In addition, the Bank has long been committed to promoting sustainable development and supporting badminton in Taiwan, securing a total of three awards in the “Most Popular Brand” category. These include “Land Bank Digital Leadership: Building a Seamless Mobile Payment Ecosystem for Rural Areas and Outlying Islands,” which leverages digital finance to address regional payment challenges and expand mobile accessibility; “Bringing New Greenery, Seizing the Carbon Reduction Opportunity,” which secures transition funding for clients and introduces digital tools to alleviate the burden of corporate carbon accounting; and “Journey with Badminton—50 Years of Glory,” which chronicles the Bank’s half-century of nurturing elite athletes and supporting the sport’s development, culminating in the “Lin-Yang Duo”—men’s doubles pair—winning two Olympic gold medals and showcasing Taiwan on the world stage.
Reflecting on last year, when the Bank participated in the “22nd National Brand Yushan Awards” for the first time, we demonstrated extraordinary momentum, winning the highest honors—the national first prize in both the “Outstanding Corporate Leader” and “Most Popular Brand” categories. Marking this achievement, Land Bank’s Chairman Ho Ying-Ming and General Manager Chang Chih-Chien were also invited to the Presidential Office to receive commendation. Driven by this strong foundation, the Bank achieved another round of remarkable breakthroughs this year, setting a new industry standard for financial innovation and robust management.
We—as a state-owned bank deeply rooted in Taiwan—are guided by our core values of “integrity, passion, professionalism, and sustainability.” From the “37.5% Arable Rent Program,” the distribution of public land, the “Land to the Tillers Policy,” water resources projects, industrial zone development, and public housing to today’s policies such as redevelopment of dilapidated and aging buildings and the “Youth Preferential Housing Loan,” the Bank has demonstrated the power of aligning financial expertise with a strong social mission.
To celebrate the 80th anniversary of its founding and the 50th anniversary of its badminton team, Land Bank is hosting a special badminton exhibition titled “Witnessing Glory, Sustaining Excellence” at its headquarters running from September 1 to November 25 of this year (2026). Moving forward, the Bank remains committed to exerting its financial influence, combined with social responsibility, and partnering with all sectors to move toward a low-carbon, sustainable, and mutually prosperous future.
